    The design and a first version are generated

    From that information, AI suggests the structure and design and shapes your texts. It is quick, and it is only the starting point.

  3. Step 3 · Me

    I review, adjust, and you correct

    I go over every section, fix whatever does not fit and send you the website. You get one round of corrections to ask for changes.

    Live, with no subscription

    The website goes live on your domain. You have paid once: no subscription, no commitment.

Your customers book without leaving your website: I embed the calendar from your tool (Booksy, Fresha, TheFork, Doctoralia…) or set up a free tool in your name (Google Calendar, Cal.com).

A link to your booking tool is already included in the base. Never an in-house system: the tool belongs to you.

Hi, I’m Matias. You will always deal with me.

Behind YAMIA there is just one person: me. I live and work in Rubí, near Barcelona, and I am the one who receives your message, prepares your website and delivers it.

I believe a small business deserves a well-crafted website without having to become an expert or pay agency prices. That is why I use AI for the repetitive work and spend my time on what matters: reviewing, adjusting and making sure the result feels like you.

I prefer to work in writing: everything stays clear, you can reply whenever it suits you and nothing gets lost along the way.

How much does it cost? Is VAT included?

The base website costs €349, Spanish VAT included, with two languages included. It is a launch price, valid until 31/03/2027. If you add options (extra pages, another language, logo, bookings on your website, Google profile, WhatsApp Business), the configurator shows you an estimate straight away.

The final price is always confirmed in your quote, including how VAT applies to businesses outside Spain. The domain, hosting and any subscriptions you need are separate, in your name.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay for your website once, and that is it: no subscription, no commitment. Only the domain and hosting are paid separately, directly to the provider.

A change later on? €29 per small change (opening hours, a photo, a price). Bigger changes are quoted separately, before any work is done.

What options can I add?

If you need them: extra pages, extra languages, a simple logo, bookings built into your website, your Google Business Profile created and verified, and WhatsApp Business set up.

The configurator shows the price of each option straight away.

What do I need to provide?

The texts about your business, your photos, your logo if you have one, and the practical details: opening hours, address, phone number, social media.

If something is missing, we talk about it before starting and find a solution.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your name and you pay the provider directly. That way you stay in control, even if we stop working together one day.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Yes. I start from what you already have, keep the content that works and present it with a new design. If your current domain is in your name, you keep using it.

Why not build it myself with a website builder?

You can. But what you pay for here is not a tool: it is the time you save and the result.

No templates to wrestle with, no tutorials to follow: you tell me about your business and I take care of the rest. The structure and design are adapted to your trade and your customers, and you always deal with the same person.

How do bookings and appointments work?

I never build an in-house booking system. If you already use a tool (Booksy, Fresha, TheFork, Doctoralia…), a link to it is included in the base website, and as an option I can embed it in your website. If you do not have one, I set up a free tool in your name, such as Google Calendar or Cal.com.

For clinics and health practices, a specialised tool is used, and no health data goes through the website forms.

What does the AI do, and who checks it?

AI helps me generate the structure and design, and shape your texts. I then review every section, correct whatever needs correcting and publish nothing without approving it.

You always deal with me: a real person, from start to finish.

Which languages can my website be in?

The base website includes two languages of your choice, for example English and Spanish, or Spanish and Catalan. Up to two more languages are available as an option. You can talk to me in English, French or Spanish.

I am not in Spain. Do you work remotely?

Yes. Everything is done remotely and in writing.

The prices shown include Spanish VAT. For businesses elsewhere in the EU or in Switzerland, VAT and currency are confirmed in the quote.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are set out in the quote, before we start. No surprises, and no payment you have not agreed to.
